Who we are
ThreeLines Co. is a marketing consultancy based in Pune, India. In this notice, "we" means ThreeLines Co.. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), what you need help with, your message, and how you found us.
- Booking a call: the details you enter on the booking calendar. The calendar is provided by Cal.com, which handles those details under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log basic request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
- On your device: we save your light or dark display choice in your browser's local storage. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls with you, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Resend delivers the messages sent through the contact form.
- Cal.com provides the booking calendar.
- Our email provider, Hostinger, receives the enquiries that arrive in our inbox.
Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States and Europe.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond, and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Use the contact form and choose "Privacy request", and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
